Before committing to a specification
Start with a free project review.
Share the vehicle, its current build stage and the outcome you need. The initial project review is free; any further diagnostic or engineering work is scoped and agreed before it starts.

A clear route from enquiry to engineering.
Share the vehicle, its current build stage and the outcome you need. The initial project review is free; any further diagnostic or engineering work is scoped and agreed before it starts.
Tell us what you have
Describe the vehicle, the work already completed and what you want to achieve. Existing components, photos and documentation help establish the starting point.
Review the next step
The free initial review helps identify the questions to resolve and whether VASS is the right fit. Further investigation may be needed before a specification or quotation can be agreed.
Agree the scope
Define the work, responsibilities and expected outputs. Any further assessment, diagnostic or engineering work is agreed before it begins.
Develop and test
Engineering and testing follow the agreed scope, with the vehicle systems considered together. The project determines the commissioning work and handover information required.
A useful starting point
You do not need all the answers yet.
A complete conversion, an inherited build and a charging fault need different starting points. Share what you know, including any uncertainty.
Useful details to include
- Vehicle model, condition and current build stage
- Intended use and the problem or outcome that matters most
- Components already installed or purchased
- Known faults, previous work and existing documentation
- Location, timing and budget constraints, if known
Photos and drawings can be shared by email after the initial enquiry. Do not carry out high-voltage work or testing just to prepare an enquiry.
What the initial review can establish
It is a first conversation about the project and a suitable next step. A remote description cannot confirm the condition, safety or feasibility of a complete vehicle. Inspection, measurements, diagnostics or design work may be needed before detailed recommendations or a quotation can be agreed.
Any further work, its cost and its scope are agreed separately before it starts. The initial review does not include a formal engineering report, vehicle inspection or certification.
